Forvia seeks a Group Controller to ensure data accuracy and lead consolidated reporting across actuals, forecasts and budgets. You will coordinate finance cycles, drive reporting tool enhancements (SAP, Oracle PBCS) and investigate variances with action plans. Strong leadership and global collaboration are essential.

The role requires finance expertise, 5–10 years in controlling, and fluency in English. Prior experience in matrix organizations and exposure to Programs/R&D are a plus.

Formación

• Finance degree required, master’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of controlling experience, ideally at plant level or in Programs/R&D.
• Strong IT systems literacy and consolidation tools knowledge.
• Experience in an international or matrix organization.
• English fluency required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure controlling data consistency and consolidation.
• Coordinate all financial reporting phases (actuals, forecast, budget, strategic plan).
• Maintain and enhance reporting tools (SAP, Oracle PBCS).
• Investigate variances and monitor action plans.
• Promote innovative digital reporting and act as finance ambassador.
