TTI in Torreón is seeking a Financial Controller focused on F&A to lead Finance & Accounting for a large-scale manufacturing operation. This role emphasizes understanding the business, challenging processes, and driving operational improvement through finance.

You will manage month-end close, analyze financial information, prepare reports, oversee tax and regulatory filings, and maintain the integrity of the financial system while partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Formación

• 8+ years in accounting/audit with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced English communication with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Review reconciliations and journal entries; guide team on technical entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statement packages and schedules for corporate.
• Perform P&L and Balance Sheet reviews to ensure data integrity.
• Lead annual budget process and variance analysis; present to CFO.
• Oversee tax filings and audits; respond to internal/external requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc analyses and ROI projects.
