Essity Higiene y Salud México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Controller to lead LATAM finance, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, COGS and capital projects.

You will drive key planning, reporting and controlling activities across LATAM TI sites and collaborate with global stakeholders. You will oversee monthly closings, EBIT analysis, working capital, CAPEX and inflation reporting for raw materials, and help standardize and automate finance processes.

Formación

• University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Finance and Controlling, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, product costing, cost allocation, stock valuation, CAPEX, financial reporting and COGS analysis.
• Fluent in Spanish with a strong working level of English.
• Experience in an international or cross-regional environment.
• Ability to translate financial information into actionable insights.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power BI, SAP, BW, data lake and AARO is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Monthly Closing process, including consolidated EBIT preparation and COGS/Working Capital analysis.
• Drive COGS reporting and year-over-year deviation analysis with relevant insights.
• Consolidate and monitor CAPEX reporting, participate in review meetings and forecast accuracy.
• Support depreciation coordination between manufacturing sites and GBS.
• Partner with Sourcing and sites to prepare inflation reporting for raw materials.
• Manage Fully Loaded profitability reporting and support global reporting methodology.
• Assist ISC with Quarterly Outlook and 3-Year Plan preparation.
• Collaborate with sites and global stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality financial information.
• Help harmonize LATAM processes with global ways of working; seek opportunities to simplify and automate.

Senior Manufacturing Controller

Are you an experienced Finance professional looking for an opportunity to make an impact across a regional and global organization? We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Controller to support our LATAM operations and play a key role in strengthening and transforming our Finance and Controlling processes.

About the Role

As Senior Manufacturing Controller, you will lead key financial planning, reporting and controlling activities across LATAM TI sites, with particular focus on COGS, budgeting and forecasting, monthly closing, working capital and CAPEX.
The position requires someone who is comfortable working in an evolving environment, can build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and has the drive to challenge existing processes and turn opportunities for improvement into action.

What You Will Do

• Lead the Budget and Forecast processes across LATAM sites, including EBIT, Working Capital, CAPEX and COGS deviation analysis.
• Lead the Monthly Closing process, including consolidated EBIT preparation, alignment with AARO reporting and analysis of COGS and Working Capital deviations.
• Drive COGS reporting and year-over-year deviation analysis, providing relevant insights to the organization.
• Consolidate and monitor CAPEX reporting, participate in review meetings and provide visibility on available funds, forecasts and forecast accuracy.
• Support coordination of the depreciation process between manufacturing sites and GBS.
• Partner with Sourcing and the sites to prepare inflation reporting for raw materials.
• Manage Fully Loaded profitability reporting and contribute to developing a globally aligned reporting methodology.
• Assist ISC with Quarterly Outlook and 3-Year Plan preparation.
• Collaborate closely with sites, site controllers and global stakeholders to ensure the availability and quality of financial information.
• Help harmonize LATAM processes with global ways of working, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate Finance activities.

Who You Are

• You have a university degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• You bring at least 5 years of professional experience within Finance and Controlling, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• You have strong knowledge of key Finance processes, including product costing, cost allocation, stock valuation, budgeting and forecasting, CAPEX, financial reporting and COGS analysis.
• You are fluent in Spanish and have a strong working level of English, enabling you to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders.
• You have experience working within an international or cross-regional environment.
• You combine strong financial expertise with a business-oriented mindset and the ability to translate financial information into meaningful insights.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power BI, SAP, BW, data lake and AARO would be an advantage.
