SensFlo in Baja California, Mexico is seeking a proactive Field Technician (Networking & Industrial Installations) based in Tijuana to support on-site technology implementations at industrial plants.

You will perform structured cabling, mount cabinets, install switches, routers, and connect laptops to PLCs for testing and configuration, collaborating with our remote support team to resolve issues.

Formación

• Experience in structured cabling and network equipment installation.
• Ability to connect to PLCs and interact with industrial equipment.
• Own laptop and structured cabling tools; travel to plants required.

Responsabilidades

• Visit industrial plants to execute technology implementation projects.
• Perform structured cabling installation work.
• Mount cabinets and install communication equipment (switches, IPCs, routers).
• Connect laptops to process machine PLCs for testing and configuration.
• Work closely with our remote support team to ensure successful installations.
• Autonomously and agilely troubleshoot and resolve unforeseen issues typical of fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit industrial plants to execute technology implementation projects.
• Perform structured cabling installation work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in structured cabling and network equipment installation.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to interact with and establish connections to PLCs.
• Own equipment and tools: It is essential to have a laptop, structured cabling termination tools, and general hand tools.
• English proficiency: Ability to communicate and work seamlessly with our remote technical support team.
• Proactive, self-driven profile with a strong focus on problem-solving.
• Availability to travel to different manufacturing plants.
