Formación

VENTES Mexico has partnered with a leading PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing company. We are seeking a customer-focused Field Customer Service Engineer to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in the PCBA manufacturing, be able to communicate in English, and can travel when needed. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers across Mexico, addressing PCB performance, process, and PCBA-related issues.
  2. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams in Asia, effectively conveying feedback, technical needs, and improvement opportunities.
  3. Travel throughout Mexico for hands-on support as needed.
  4. Troubleshoot promptly to minimize downtime and ensure satisfaction.
  5. Collect and analyze PCB-related performance data and work with our international teams to deliver actionable insights.
  6. Conduct best practices for PCB use and optimizing production.
  7. Assist with process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
  8. Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.
  9. Provide detailed reports on customer visits, including findings, recommendations, and actions taken.
  10. Participate in meetings and contribute to developing customer service strategies.
Qualifications
  1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the PCBA manufacturing industry.
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in English.
  3. Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel for on-site customer services.
  4. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of PCB and PCBA manufacturing processes, equipment, and industry standards is preferred.
  5. Customer-Focused Attitude: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships; problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
Additional Skills
  1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Hybrid. On-call type of role. Work from home in Guadalajara and visiting clients and manufacturing plants as needed. Some traveling required.
