Vishay Intertechnology in Guadalajara, Mexico, seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage orders, contracts, RMAs, and quotes using SAP. You will liaise with customers, distributors, and sales while supporting logistics and portal activities.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in electronics manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English for global interactions. On-site role in Guadalajara with global opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1 to 3 years in electronics manufacturing, customer service or order management.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP; proficient in Excel.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact between customers, distributors, field sales, and internal units.
• Process orders, review contracts, and manage order changes in SAP.
• Submit RMAs, generate quotations, monitor EDI workflows, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoice-related matters and support portals.

This role serves as the primary communication link between customers, distributors, sales representatives, and internal business units, ensuring exceptional customer support and order management throughout the sales process.

This position is based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, one of the country's leading technology and electronics manufacturing hubs. What you will be doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, distributors, field sales representatives, and internal business units.
• Process customer orders and perform contract review activities following SAP procedures and guidelines.
• Enter and manage order changes, coordinating with business units when required.
• Submit and process Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests in SAP.
• Generate and manage customer quotations through SAP and legacy systems.
• Monitor EDI workflows and resolve issues to ensure accurate order processing.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries using SAP and factory resources.
• Communicate critical customer requirements and business needs to internal teams.
• Support logistics activities, shipment tracking, and documentation management.
• Coordinate expedite requests and proactively communicate delivery updates to customers.
• Support customer portals, including order management, changes, and cancellations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Credit teams to resolve invoice-related issues.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience within the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Experience in customer service, order management, inside sales support, or supply chain coordination.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to learn and support a broad portfolio of electronic component product lines.
• English communication skills preferred for interaction with global customers and internal teams.
