NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair SelfServ checkouts, POS terminals, and other NCR products. The role requires strong electro-mechanical repair skills and the ability to work both in the field and in office settings.

Candidates should be comfortable with travel, carrying parts and tools (1–20 kg), and meeting punctual, customer-focused service standards. Australian citizens or permanent residents preferred.

Formación

• Must have PC hardware and software repair experience.
• Electro-mechanical device repair aptitude a strong advantage.
• Previous experience with SelfServe Checkout repairs is a strong advantage.
• NMI Verification Licence advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnosing and Repairing SelfServ Checkouts, POS Terminals as well as other NCR products.
• Parts management and organisation.
• Continuous training online and in face-to-face classrooms.
• Work autonomously in the field and office.
• May require prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tool kit/parts of varying weights (1- 20kg.); bending/squatting, walking/standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Some interstate travel may be required.
