Siemens Energy is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Grid Technology to perform installation, commissioning, maintenance and upgrades of high voltage transmission equipment in customer sites. You will collaborate with local and regional teams, provide technical field support, and ensure quality and safety standards on every site.

You will train customers on routine maintenance, mentor junior engineers, and work with cross-functional teams to improve products and processes, while traveling

Formación

• Electrical Degree with more than 4 years’ working experience in field service engineering within the high voltage transmission industry.
• In-depth knowledge of high voltage transmission equipment, such as transformers, AIS & GIS switchgear, circuit breakers, and related control systems.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and software used in HV transmission industry.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Technical Field Advice, Supervision and perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades, refurbishment, and repair of HV transmission equipment in the field.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics of HV transmission equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide training to customers on routine maintenance tasks and mentor junior field service engineers.
