• Proficiency with reporting and internal communications tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and develop territory merchandising strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Analyze sales data and shopper reactions to drive inventory and promotions.
• Ensure field teams execute product displays to brand standards.
• Collaborate with Retail and Distributor teams to align on quantities and timing.
• Lead and coach field teams, monitor KPIs, and drive action plans.
• Oversee accounts, budgets, and POS material to optimize resources.
