Brown-Forman is seeking a CPFR Manager in Mexico City to lead collaborative planning, forecasting, replenishment and market intelligence initiatives. You will transform data into actionable insights, govern data from multiple sources and support strategic decisions with cross-functional collaboration.

The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Demand Planning to drive growth and improve service levels, inventory management and forecast accuracy while overseeing a high-performing

Formación

  • BA in Administration or similar
  • 2-3 years of experience in market information analysis, indicator tracking, restocking analyst, CPFR

Responsabilidades

  • Lead, coach and develop CPFR, Replenishment and Market Information team members.
  • Promote collaboration, analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consistent work routines, methodologies, and best practices across the team.
  • Design, implement and improve forecasting methodologies for Sell-In and Sell-Out.
  • Generate and align customer demand forecasts at SKU and store level in collaboration with customer CPFR teams.
  • Identify demand trends, risks and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
  • Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to evaluate commercial initiatives and POS execution.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve commercial performance and customer growth.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels across customers and distribution networks.
  • Monitor replenishment performance through key supply chain metrics.

The CPFR Manager leads collaborative planning, forecasting, replenishment and market intelligence processes to drive profitable growth, enhance customer service levels and support strategic business decision-making.

The role also oversees the collection, integration, transformation and governance of customer, operational, sales and market data from multiple sources, ensuring information is converted into reliable, actionable business intelligence. By leveraging advanced analytics and data-driven methodologies, the position enables greater visibility into business performance, identifies growth opportunities and supports fact-based decision-making across the organization.

As a strategic business partner to Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning teams, the CPFR Manager transforms data into actionable insights and recommendations that improve business performance, strengthen customer collaboration, and support sustainable growth.

What You Can Expect
  • Lead, coach and develop CPFR, Replenishment and Market Information team members.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consistent work routines, methodologies, and best practices across the team.
  • Ensure all BFM replenishment analysts operate under aligned processes, systems, KPIs and reporting standards.
  • Design, implement and continuously improve forecasting methodologies for Sell-In and Sell-Out across all channels.
  • Generate and align customer demand forecasts at SKU and store level in collaboration with customer CPFR teams.
  • Identify demand trends, risks, and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities that support distribution, execution, assortment, display, and sales growth objectives.
  • Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives and point-of-sale execution.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve commercial performance and customer growth.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels across customers and distribution networks while minimizing out-of-stock and excess inventory situations.
  • Monitor and improve replenishment performance through key supply chain metrics including Fill Rate, In-Stock, Lost Sales and Inventory Days.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to improve customer service and supply performance.
  • Drive corrective actions to prevent shortages and inventory exposures.
  • Develop and implement analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions that transform raw data into meaningful business insights.
  • Consolidate Sell-In, Sell-Out and inventory information at SKU and point-of-sale level.
  • Generate weekly and monthly scorecards, business reviews and executive reports.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency and governance across all reporting platforms.
  • Lead the Market Information function leveraging Nielsen, ISCAM and other external market data sources to provide a comprehensive view of category, brand and competitive performance.
  • Analyze market share, distribution, category dynamics, shopper trends, and competitive activities to identify business opportunities and risks.
What You Bring To The Table
  • Education: BA in Administration or similar
  • Previous experience:2-3 years of experience in market information analysis, indicator tracking, restocking analyst, CPFR

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and management of information systems.

  • Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
