Slip Robotics is seeking a Field Technician to join our Monterrey team. You will support production, deployment, testing, and maintenance of robotic systems at customer sites and in-house, collaborating with Engineering and Field Support to ensure reliable robot operation.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no task is too small. You will train customer technicians and provide technical support to ensure successful automation adoption.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Undergraduate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience, preferably in robotics, automation, or industrial systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; ability to troubleshoot electromechanical systems; familiarity with robotics system architecture and diagnostic tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide troubleshooting, repairs, and technical support for robotic systems at customer locations.
• Support mechanical and electrical assembly of robots and perform rework as needed.
• Install, operate, and maintain production machines; troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Train customer technicians and operators on system operation, maintenance, and safety.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance.
• Monitor system performance using dashboards and proactively address technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of builds, testing, and repairs.
• Support facilities maintenance and general shop operations.
