Job summary

E80 Group, a multinational automation specialist in intralogistics, is seeking a H24 Remote Support Engineer Front Office Supervisor in the Monterrey area to lead the Remote Support Front Office team and ensure high operating efficiency of customer-installed plants.

You will manage 15-20 technicians, coordinate remote diagnostics, train staff, monitor ticketing and KPIs, and travel ~25% as needed to support customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automation/Robotics/Software) is required.
• 5+ years in automation; 3-5 years in customer support with direct interactions.
• Strong remote programming, PLC diagnostics and IT/networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate assistance on all E80 Group systems at customers' sites.
• Manage Remote Support Front Office team and scheduling.
• Train and coach Front Office staff to resolve issues remotely (80%+).
• Monitor ticketing process and frontline KPIs; prioritize requests.
• Coordinate customer communications during troubleshooting.
• Travel approximately 25% to support customers as needed.
• Lead a team of 15-20 technicians in Monterrey area.
