Slip Robotics is seeking a Field Technician in Monterrey, Mexico to support production, deployment, testing, and maintenance of our robotic systems at customer sites. You will work closely with Engineering, Production Operations and Field Support teams to ensure reliable operation and provide on-site technical assistance and training.

Responsabilidades

You'll also provide technical support and training to customers using our systems. Estamos buscando un Técnico de Campo para unirse a nuestro equipo en Monterrey, México. Este puesto apoya las actividades de producción, implementación, prueba y mantenimiento de los sistemas de Slip Robotics, tanto en las instalaciones internas como en los sitios de los clientes.

Como Técnico de Campo, trabajarás estrechamente con los equipos de Ingeniería, Operaciones de Producción y Soporte en Campo, asegurando el funcionamiento confiable de nuestros robots. También brindarás soporte técnico y capacitación a los clientes que utilizan nuestra tecnología.

El candidato ideal es una persona práctica, detallista y que disfrute trabajar en un entorno dinámico donde ningún reto es demasiado pequeño.

Responsibilities:

Responsabilidades

• Brindar soporte técnico, reparación y solución de problemas en sistemas robóticos en ubicaciones de clientes.
• Apoyar el ensamblaje mecánico y eléctrico de los robots, así como retrabajos cuando sea necesario.
• Instalar, operar y mantener máquinas de producción; diagnosticar y resolver fallas.
• Capacitar a técnicos y operadores de los clientes en el uso, mantenimiento y seguridad de los sistemas.
• Recopilar retroalimentación de los clientes y colaborar con los equipos internos para mejorar el rendimiento.
• Supervisar el desempeño de los sistemas mediante tableros de control y atender proactivamente posibles fallas.
• Mantener documentación precisa sobre ensamblajes, pruebas y reparaciones.
• Apoyar tareas generales de mantenimiento y operación en las instalaciones.

Preferred Skills/Nice to Have

• Bachelor's or Undergraduate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience, preferably in robotics, automation, or industrial systems.
• Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electromechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with robotics system architecture and diagnostic tools.

Habilidades preferidas/Sería bueno tener

• Diploma de Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Industrial, Computación, Mecatrónica o un campo técnico relacionado.
• Más de 5 años de experiencia práctica, preferentemente en el area de robótica, automatización o sistemas industriales.
• Habilidades Técnicas
  • Sólido conocimiento en sistemas mecánicos y eléctricos.
  • Capacidad para diagnosticar y reparar sistemas electromecánicos.
  • Familiaridad con la arquitectura de sistemas robóticos y herramientas de diagnóstico.
