Electrolux Group in Ciudad Juárez seeks a dedicated Quality Engineer to act as the bridge between the Quality organization and Market, via Customer and Consumer Service teams. You will become an expert for a range of appliances and lead activities to enhance product quality and consumer experience, while supporting new product development and reporting to the Food Preservation Quality Director.

Formación

Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality or engineering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Travel up to 40% as necessary.

Responsabilidades

Analyze consumer and service feedback from company databases and direct engagement.
Identify areas of opportunity for improvement, coordinate corrective/preventive actions related to field quality/market quality.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow / approve the closure of the actions defined to solve the quality issues.
Report out field quality product performance.
Site visiting to assess unit conditions/operating environment/action execution.
Lead problem solving groups to identify and address root cause.
Support compliance with EMS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, Green Spirit, and Zero Waste to Landfill programs.
