SLB in Villahermosa, Mexico is seeking a Completions Engineer (Sand Control) to lead sand control operations and support completion programs. You will plan, execute, and troubleshoot completions projects on wellsites, collaborating with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in completions, hands-on sand control experience, and offshore exposure, with strong communication and customer-facing skills. Travel to field sites is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years in completions operations in Oil & Gas.
• Hands-on experience with sand control operations.
• Experience with gravel pack, frac pack, screen completions.
• Experience offshore and with major operators preferred.
• Customer-facing field operations experience.

Responsabilidades

• Execute sand control operations safely and to customer requirements.
• Plan, prepare, and execute completion programs for sand control systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate job deliverables.
• Engage in risk assessments, reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams during service and wellsite execution.
• Ensure compliance with standards and safety.
• Support service quality and HSE initiatives.
• Develop strong customer relationships throughout projects.
• Provide technical support during troubleshooting and post-job evaluations.
