Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing quality, or process quality within an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, PPAP, MSA, and root cause analysis.
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience leading corrective and preventive action initiatives and resolving non-conformities.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple functions.

  • Lead quality assurance activities throughout product engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate and support key quality deliverables including FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and MSA activities.
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams to integrate quality requirements into daily operations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate product and process quality risks before they impact customers.
  • Drive root cause investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Serve as a quality liaison for customer concerns and support resolution of quality-related inquiries.
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems, procedures, and standard operating practices.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
