TaskUs in Tijuana is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure a safe, efficient workplace. You will coordinate budgets, vendor performance, and energy conservation efforts while aligning with TaskUs’ People First culture.

The role requires a degree related to engineering or business and 2+ years in facilities management, with strong communication and organizational skills to support our onsite operations in Mexico.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Electronics/Communications Engineering or equivalent with 2+ years in facilities/building management.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Experience with budget management.
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• No robots.
• Positive attitude aligned with TaskUs culture.
• Organized, detail oriented and able to translate big-picture ideas into client objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians, cleaning crews, and facilities staff.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed to quality and safety standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate facilities staff performance.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure within the facility.
• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, sustainability, and space utilization.
• Serve as liaison between the facilities team and other departments.
• Track departmental budgets for tools, materials, equipment, and services.
• Experience in fire detection and extinguishing systems.

What can you expect in a Facilities Supervisor role with TaskUs

The league leader in assists: You’ll be supporting and assisting our Facilities team in the day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property to assure maintenance of approved quality standards. You’ll also assist with the preparation of financial reviews and monthly management reports. Being a team player is also really important as you’ll help in overseeing the safety of our employees by ensuring a safe, working, and well-maintained workplace. Able to coordinate and prepare maintenance programs relating to interior and exterior conditions of properties, capable of ensuring vendors’ above-par performance to comply with TaskUs’ standards.

Required Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Electronics and Communications Engineering Degree or equivalent 2+ experience in Facilities and Building management.
• Previous experience in vendor management.
• Previous experience on budget management.
• the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• A++ verbal and written communication.
• No robots.

• Must be organized, detail oriented and able to translate big picture ideas into client objectives.
