TaskUs in Mexico is seeking a Learning Experience Director to lead day-to-day training programs across all sites, not just one location. You will select, train, and provide guidance for Learning Managers and the Learning Experience Team, and oversee the Campaign Training branch to ensure alignment with client needs.

So what does a Learning Experience Director do? Think of yourself as someone responsible for the day-to-day training programs and initiatives across all sites, so not just anyone is qualified for this role. Now we need your full concentration because it's time to imagine what it's like being a Director.

Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you will select, train, and provides work guidance for Learning Managers and Learning Experience Team. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will handle the Product Training branch of the Learning Experience Team.

As a Director, you manage the initiation, development, and implementation of the TaskUs training department's site-wide initiatives and drive campaign-specific training department's site wide initiatives and drive campaign-specific training programs for Teammates. You will be the "Training Master" who works in tandem with Operations to create and maintain any necessary materials related to maximizing campaign task mastery. You will pioneer all campaign-specific training needs and programs in the organization. You will create and execute TM development training which includes; detailed curriculum, training, and evaluation. You will provide campaign-specific training that is sufficiently technical but engaging. You will act as the in-house expert, and maintain all relevant training materials and documents for all levels for trainees. You will ensure that all training provided is aligned with the specific campaign and TaskUs' broader business objectives. You will proactively explore the specific needs of every department and campaign to develop training materials as needed. You will propose and publish a year-long training calendar with specific quarterly objectives. You will plan total Training policies, programs, new testing tools, methods, and systems to ensure products and services meet quality standards. So, do you have what it takes to become a Director?

Requirements

So what is it we're looking for? Well, since this is a managerial post we need someone who already has the experience to even call themselves as one. With this, we need someone with at least 7 year(s) of working experience as a Sr. Manager or Manager in a call center specializing in Product Training.

This is a training post after all, so a strong background in product training is a MUST. You must be excellent in presenting, communicating, and have great interpersonal skills. Of course, knowledge in Google and MS Office applications is a need.

  • Ensure the accountability of the positions to which responsibilities have been delegated in the safety and health management system.
  • Define and allocate the financial and technical resources and personnel necessary for the design, implementation, review, evaluation and improvement of prevention and control measures so that those responsible for occupational health and safety in the company can satisfactorily perform their duties.
  • Ensure compliance with current legal requirements applicable to the OSHMS.
  • Adopt effective provisions for the management of hazards and risks of workers and/or contractors, equipment, and facilities.
  • Collaborate in the development of activities for the prevention of work accidents and occupational diseases, as well as health promotion, in conjunction with the HSEQ area.
  • Guarantee and allow the participation of workers and their representatives before the Joint Committee or Health and Safety at Work Oversight and also that the latter function and have the time and other necessary resource
  • Inform workers and/or contractors, the representatives before the COPASST, the development of all stages of the SG-OSH, and also evaluate the recommendations emanating from them.Ensure the training of workers in the aspects of occupational health and safety, within the working day.
  • Inform the COPASST and Coexistence Committee of any new development that may affect the correct performance of the OSH Management System.
  • Ensure compliance with established OSHMS programs and plans.
  • Review the OSHMS at least once a year.Maintain communication with the personnel to know their needs in terms of Occupational Safety and Health.
  • Ensure that the appropriate personal protective equipment is used and maintained in good condition for each task.
  • Allow the participation of their collaborators in the activities programmed by the COPASST, COEXISTENCE COMMITTEE and/or the organization in OSH aspects.
  • Set an example in complying with all the Safety Standards and procedures of the SG.
  • Properly use and take care of personal protection elements, personal protection equipment and protection systems provided by COPASST, theequipment and protection systems provided and implemented by the company if applicable to the position.
  • Ensure the good order and cleanliness of their area.
  • Immediately report acts, unsafe conditions, adverse health conditions, emergencies, environmental impacts or possible environmental impacts, accidents and near misses, safety risks, process failures, nonconforming products and others that may affect safety and health.
  • To take integral care of their health and to perform work activities safely.
  • Attend and actively participate in training, induction, prevention and risk control activities defined by the company, the COPASST and the Coexistence Committee.
  • Partiipate and contribute to the fulfillment of the OSH objectives.
  • Communicate all suggestions and consult all concerns related to occupational health and safety.
  • Before starting any activity, identify and analyze risk situations and report to the OSH manager if necessary.
  • Make rational use of paper, water, energy and natural resources.Elect or be elected as a member of the Copasst or Coexistence Committee.
  • Participate in the identification of hazards, evaluation and risk assessment.
  • Know and apply the actions described in the emergency plan.
Job Expectation
  • This application will be used for positions located on-site at one of our offices in Mexico and will also support the US.
  • We ask that the Director have an open and flexible schedule - the schedules of operations depend on the client's needs
