You will lead FMEA, 8D, CCB, and ISO processes, provide trainings, guide the team, and drive continuous improvement across product and process quality to meet customer expectations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency, contributing to Celestica's commitment to quality leadership.

Formación

• Develop and maintain quality system procedures and workmanship standards.
• Define the protocol on process and product to solve the problem using FMEA, 8D and ISO.
• Provide trainings, guidance and decision making for the team.
• Explore advanced technology and methodology to strengthen quality control.
• Lead task force teams to overcome challenges in product, material and process.
• Provide quality engineering service to satisfy the customer.
• Knowledge of ISO and IPC standards and processes.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
