Job summary

Jabil, a global manufacturing solutions company, is seeking a Facilities Services Coordinator to maintain, operate, and improve facilities infrastructure supporting manufacturing operations. The role involves preventive/corrective maintenance, project oversight, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical/electrical/Facilities Management engineering background, 3–5 years of facilities experience in manufacturing, and strong knowledge of HVAC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building automation.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, and local building codes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, fire protection).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex facility equipment and system failures; implement effective solutions.
• Manage facility projects from inception to completion (scope, budget, schedule, contractor management, QA).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA), environmental standards, and codes.
• Develop and implement SOPs for facility maintenance and operations.
• Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, EHS, and other departments to resolve facility issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and facility drawings.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies.
• Train junior technicians and provide technical guidance.
