FORVIA HELLA is seeking a Facility Manager for its Guadalajara, Mexico site. The role covers coordinating all on-site operations including maintenance, security, and safety to ensure the facility remains safe and fully operational.

You will develop preventive maintenance programs, manage service contracts, and oversee CAPEX budgeting. Strong communication in English and experience in facilities management are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field.
• Professional certification in Facilities Management is a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
• Experience with budgeting and finance for facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage all on-site activities including maintenance, repair, cleaning, and security.
• Develop and implement a facility management program with preventative maintenance and lifecycle requirements.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage contracts and vendor relationships to meet cost and quality standards.
• Forecast, allocate and supervise the annual facility CAPEX budget and expenditures.
• Respond to facility emergencies and be on-call for urgent needs.
• Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Provide technical support and training on facility operations and safety procedures.
