BD, a global medical technology company, is seeking a Facilities Engineer at our Reynosa site to ensure reliable operation of electrical energy, air conditioning, and water systems. You will supervise facilities staff and manage MP systems and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree, has about 1.5 years in a related field, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is valued.

• Engineering degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure correct operation of electrical energy, A/C and water systems.
• Administer MP system and coordinate with manufacturing teams and building construction.
• Supervise facility cleaning systems and garden maintenance.
• Oversee the Facilities group personnel and respond to work orders.
• Manage department budget and approve modifications for government agencies.

Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

• Is responsible of the correct operation electrical energy, A/C and water systems.
• Is responsible of the administration and pursuit of the MP system, the manufacturing teams and building construction.
• Is responsible of the facility cleaning systems.
• Is responsible of the maintenance and improvement of the green areas.
• To supervise the different activities from the personnel of the Facilities group.
• To attend the employees’ work orders.
• To supervise daily the good operation of the electrical energy, A/C systems and water.
• To supervise and to follow up the MP system.
• To supervise the garden maintenance.
• To supervise the transfers support works.
• To administrate and control of the facilities department budget.
• To supervise the facility cleaning system.
• To revise the appraisable tendencies of the main ones of the department.
• To implement improvement plans.
• To present to the Government’s Dependences the corresponding building modifications.
• To assure the construction protocol execution.
• To assure the Manufacturing Area and Facilities MPs.
• To assure the SOPF0023 compliance.
• To assure the SOPF0059 compliance.
• To follow up the personnel development strategies.

Education

• Engineering Degree.

Knowledge and Training

• High level of computer knowledge such as Word, Spread Sheets, AutoCad, MS
• Project, Microsoft Office.

Experience

• 1.5 years in related area.
