Job summary

Barry Callebaut is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the GBS Hub in Monterrey, ensuring a safe, efficient workplace for 200+ employees and managing office operations, vendor contracts, maintenance, and budgets.

You will collaborate with HR, Procurement, and leadership to deliver an exceptional workplace experience, ensure policy compliance, and drive cost-saving initiatives while coordinating with cross-functional teams across GBS locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years in office or facilities management with vendor coordination.
• Experience in a multinational environment is required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations for the GBS Hub in Monterrey.
• Manage vendors, contracts, and service providers with strict compliance.
• Lead infrastructure, HVAC, maintenance, and office equipment activities.
• Monitor budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives across facilities.
• Coordinate leases, landlord relations, and office setup projects.
• Support HR, procurement, and leadership with admin and governance tasks.
• Ensure safety policies, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration.
