Flowserve Corporation seeks a facilities and infrastructure professional to manage CapEx programs at the Santa Clara operations. The role focuses on budgeting, project scoping, and end-to-end CapEx execution while ensuring safety and compliance with internal policies.

You will coordinate vendors and contractors, track spending, and provide layouts and technical scopes for infrastructure, buildings, and lab/production areas, supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and acting as backup when needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in facilities, infrastructure, or industrial/building maintenance.
• Experience implementing safe work policies with contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and prepare budgets and project scopes for CapEx.
• Execution of CapEx projects under budget, scope, and timeline.
• Coordinate maintenance, modification, or adaptation of infrastructure, buildings, and offices.
• Track cash flow and plan monthly/annual spending with reporting to management.
• Provide infrastructure support for laboratory, production, and machining areas.
