Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of production test management experience.
• Proficiency with TL9000, ISO, IPC610, ESD, 5S, QCP and FMEA.
• Knowledge of 8D, SPC, DMAIC, NPI and Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong leadership, proactive communication, accountability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Directs personnel and production test activities to meet company norms and objectives.
• Manages staffing, training and performance of the production test team.
• Develops departmental standards and procedures; reviews/testing methods and approves changes.
• Specifies tests to perform, compiles data, and recommends changes to testing equipment and processes.
• Prioritizes schedules based on product introduction and manufacturing/engineering plans.
