Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Production Test Technician 1 to support electronics manufacturing. You will set up, calibrate, test and troubleshoot circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.

You may develop test specifications from blueprints and diagrams, perform testing on final assemblies, and prepare technical reports with findings and recommended solutions. Some tasks may include selecting and setting up specialized test equipment.

Production Test Technician 1 Production Test Technician : Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams. Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems. May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing. Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
