Epicor Software Corporation is offering an Expense Reports Intern role in Monterrey. You will support the Accounting Team with travel expense audits in Navan, and handle bookings in the Kinetic System and Contpaq, while assisting customers via the travel mailbox.

Ideal candidates have intermediate Excel skills, strong service attitude, and good communication. Training on Epicor policies and local tax requirements is provided; 70% English usage is expected.

The position of Expense Reports Intern will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Team with travel expense audits in the Navan expense tool, booking transactions in our Kinetic System, booking expense reports in Contpaq, and customer service, attending our travel mailbox.

· Intermediate Excel skills.

· 70% English.

· Very good attitude of service.

· Very responsible and open to learning.

· Very good communication skills (be able to communicate with employees).

· No experience in auditing expenses is needed (he/she will be properly trained on Epicor policies and tax requirements from the Local Authority).

· Attention to detail.
