Epicor is seeking an Expense Reports Intern to support the Accounting Team. You will assist with travel expense audits in Navan, book transactions in the Kinetic System, and record expense reports in Contpaq while delivering responsive customer service via the travel mailbox.

The role emphasizes intermediate Excel skills, a willingness to learn, and strong communication with staff. No prior expense auditing experience is required as training is provided to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The position of Expense Reports Intern will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Team with travel expense audits in the Navan expense tool, booking transactions in our Kinetic System, booking expense reports in Contpaq, and customer service, attending our travel mailbox.

• Intermediate Excel skills.
• 70% English.
• Very good attitude of service.
• Very responsible and open to learning.
• Very good communication skills (be able to communicate with employees).
• No experience in auditing expenses is needed (he/she will be properly trained on Epicor policies and tax requirements from the Local Authority).
• Attention to detail.
