Epicor is seeking a Quote to Cash Coordinator to support the quote-to-order workflow across CRM, CPQ, order management, and licensing. The role focuses on data entry, licensing activities, and responding to internal and external requests in a service management environment.

The position requires proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and the ability to work extended hours during peak periods. A 1+ year track record in similar roles is preferred, with a High School Diploma or related field.

The Quote to Cash Coordinator supports various activities within the quote-to-order workflow, from CRM, CPQ, order management, to licensing and entitlement tools, specifically data entry tasks involved in order management and user support tasks managed in a service management system.

What you will be doing:

• Provide operational support to order processing or licensing activities
• Enter data in a variety of CRM and ERP systems
• Uphold company policies and procedures related to the quote-to-order workflow
• Manage issue intake processes to respond to internal (e.g., sales) and external (e.g., customer) requests related to quoting, order management, and licensing
• Operate license order fulfillment processes by following predefined procedures, using different licensing tools
• Handle assigned quoting, order management, and licensing related issues in a service management system
• Understand and follow policies, processes and procedures associated with assigned areas of responsibility
• Assist with issues and collaborate across peer organizations
• Review signed contracts and manage countersignatures (DocuSign skills, or fast learning skills required)
