BairesDev in Veracruz, Mexico, seeks a Trainee Recruiter to learn recruitment fundamentals and support experienced recruiters across the full hiring cycle.

This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and competitive compensation in USD or local currency. You will post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS records, growing through mentorship and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field, or pursuing.
• Genuine interest in recruitment.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings across job boards and career platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Support candidate sourcing efforts using LinkedIn and other tools to build talent pipelines.
• Review incoming applications and assist in initial resume screening under the guidance of senior recruiters.
• Help coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions to develop your skills and understanding of the hiring process.
