Job summary

LTM in Mexico is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies and manage end-to-end hiring processes.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, design hiring plans, source candidates through social media, job boards and professional networks, and ensure compliance and smooth workflows across onboarding, IT, and HR business partners.

Qualifications

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive hiring plans Utilize diverse sourcing channels including social media professional networks and job boards to attract qualified candidates Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with company policies processes and local employment laws throughout the recruitment lifecycle Coordinate with crossfunctional teams such as Onboarding IT COE and HR Business Partners to enhance recruitment workflows Manage candidate experience to maintain a positive and engaging recruitment journey Facilitate background checks medical tests and other preemployment processes Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to leadership to support informed decisionmaking
