Uplift Talent, an early-stage AI startup in Mexico, seeks a high-velocity Executive Communications Lead to turn rough ideas into polished outreach, decks, and LinkedIn content. You will work directly with the Founder to move growth projects and implement the business software stack.

This role emphasizes writing for US executives, rapid turnaround on inbound leads, and building systems that scale. Remote from Guadalajara, with monthly MXN 45,000 compensation, 30-day year-end bonus, and benefits

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a role requiring polished written communication with US executives or clients
• Proficient English level (C2)
• Experience learning and implementing new software
• Confident using AI tools to accelerate work

Responsibilities

• Draft client-ready emails, proposals, and outreach to C-suite executives and business owners
• Ghostwrite the Founder’s LinkedIn content and thought leadership
• Turn rough notes into clean, on-brand output
• Build and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales collateral
• Respond to inbound leads and referrals the same business day
• Keep CRM clean and up to date
• Document processes and propose efficient workflows
