Job summary

JumpCloud is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CTO & Co-Founder to align, guide, and measure key initiatives across Engineering, Security, and Product. You will drive operational cadence, oversee board and investor deliverables, and manage strategic programs with cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate senior leadership meetings, curate agendas, and ensure follow-through on action items. This role shapes CTO communications and accelerates critical initiatives within JumpCloud’s fast-paced SaaS

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior executives or founders to drive initiatives.
• Ability to enter new environments, assess needs, and accelerate operational rigor and accountability.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills at an executive level.
• Experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs within corporate objectives; provide metrics, insights and board-level visibility.
• Coordinate collection and reporting of key objectives to drive alignment and transparency.
• Drive the corporate communication cadence: weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual highlights.
