Power Digital is seeking an IT Project Manager to partner with the CTO and own the rhythm of Technology initiatives across IT, Security and Product. You will keep a single source of truth, track commitments, and ensure nothing slips.

You will work with a distributed team across time zones, drive operating cadence, coordinate vendors and budgets, and apply AI to optimize processes, while maintaining executive-level communication.

Formación

• 3+ years in project/program management or technology operations roles supporting a senior technology leader.
• Experience running multi-workstream programs and managing budgets and vendors.
• Strong written English and ability to produce executive-ready updates.
• Comfort with budgets, vendor contracts, renewals and procurement workflows.
• Enough technical literacy to track IT, security and software work credibly.
• Relentless follow-up and ability to hold senior stakeholders to commitments.
• Availability during US business hours and after-hours when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Technology portfolio: maintain a single source of truth for IT, Security and Product initiatives with owners, dates, status, risks and decisions.
• Run the operating cadence: leadership meeting agendas and notes, action-item tracking, renewal calendar, budget tracking, and exec reporting prep.
• Take operational work off the CTO's plate: vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, hiring logistics with Talent, cross-department requests.
• Drive follow-through: chase commitments, surface blockers early, recommend solutions, and close the loop with stakeholders.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.
