Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Mexico seeks an Execution & Governance Enablement Lead to drive governance, risk management, and transformation enablement for Marketing Transformation Office priorities. • Lead development, maintenance, and execution of Business Continuity and Business Contingency Plans to ensure uninterrupted CMCAO priorities.
• Establish proactive risk identification and mitigation frameworks for leadership visibility into risks and opportunities.
• Own and improve enterprise action management processes, including trackers, governance reviews, and leadership reporting.
• Design and facilitate executive operating rhythms (staff meetings, leadership reviews, follow-ups) to ensure accountability.

Execution & Governance Enablement Lead**Description -****Job Summary**- Applies advanced subject matter expertise in business operations, governance, organizational effectiveness, and transformation enablement to support strategic marketing priorities and ensure operational continuity. Acts as a trusted advisor and expert in establishing management systems, operating rhythms, risk management processes, and business readiness mechanisms that enable successful execution of Marketing Transformation Office (MTO) objectives.Works on highly complex business problems requiring evaluation of multiple interdependent factors, competing priorities, organizational risks, and operational constraints. Leads initiatives that improve visibility, accountability, preparedness, compliance, and execution excellence across the organization. Frequently develops new methods, governance frameworks, and operational tools that enable leadership decision-making and business continuity.Exercises significant independent judgment in identifying risks, prioritizing actions, defining mitigation strategies, improving business processes, and driving operational readiness.
