Changan Mexico is seeking an Offline Event Execution Specialist to join our Brand & Marketing team and support planning and execution of automotive events, launches, roadshows, activations, and brand experiences across Mexico.

You will coordinate suppliers, budgets, timelines, and on-site supervision, ensuring brand standards and high-quality attendee experiences for vehicle launches and roadshows.

Formación

• 1–4 years in events, activations, or experiential marketing.
• Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experience coordinating agencies, suppliers, venues, logistics, and production.
• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Professional English and fluent Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute offline automotive events from start to finish.
• Coordinate suppliers, production, logistics, booth setup, AV, materials, and vehicles.
• Supervise on-site execution and ensure everything is ready on time.
• Support vehicle launches, auto shows, roadshows, and brand activations.
• Track event budgets, timelines, deliverables, and results.
• Prepare post-event reports and recaps.

Are you passionate about cars, events, and creating well-executed brand experiences?

We’re looking for an Offline Event Execution Specialist to join our Brand & Marketing team and support the planning and execution of automotive events, launches, roadshows, activations, and brand experiences across Mexico.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–4 years of experience in BTL, events, activations, experiential marketing, or automotive marketing
• Automotive industry experience is highly preferred
• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail
• Experience coordinating agencies, suppliers, venues, logistics, production, and event materials
• Comfortable working on-site and solving last-minute challenges
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, checklists, and multiple projects at the same time
• Professional English C1 and fluent Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Events, Business, or related field

What you’ll do:
