Stellantis in Mexico City is seeking a Vehicle Synthesis & Validation Lead to oversee target setting and validation for BICEE areas across body, interior, chassis, engine, and EV integration. The role requires coordinating with extended engineering teams and presenting progress to leadership.

Candidates should have a BS in Mechanical or Electrical engineering from ABET-accredited program, 1-2 years automotive experience, strong English, and solid organization and teamwork skills.

Formación

• ABET-accredited bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-2 years automotive work experience required.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent organization skills and work well in a team with limited supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Target setting and in-vehicle validation of vehicle systems across Body/Interior/Chassis/Engine/EE Features/EV integration.
• Support validation tests for successful vehicle launch and data-driven issue tracking.
• Document issues in the Global Issue Management System (GIMS) and aid root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with extended engineering teams to implement solutions and present status to leadership.
• Benchmark competitors and share lessons learned across teams.
