Stellantisfinancialservices in Mexico City seeks a Vehicle Synthesis & Validation Lead to drive target setting and in-vehicle validation across BICEE areas. You will coordinate validation activities, work with extended engineering teams, and support vehicle launches through issue tracking and data-driven improvements.

The role requires strong English communication, teamwork, and the ability to present updates to leadership while adopting existing engineering processes and lessons learned.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 1-2 years automotive work experience.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with limited supervision and results-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Target setting and in-vehicle validation of BICEE areas.
• Lead validation and development activities for vehicles.
• Support validation test trips for successful vehicle launches.
• Document issues in GIMS with supporting data and drive issue closure.
• Present status to Engineering Leadership and benchmark against competitive vehicles.
• Collaborate with extended engineering teams and participate in cross-vehicle Tech Clubs.
• Train others and implement established engineering processes.
