Job summary

Schneider Electric in Querétaro, Mexico seeks a Flow Controller to manage procurement and planning for highly customized, engineer-to-order products. You will coordinate with engineering, production, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and accurate SAP MRP data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2–5 years in planning or buying in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP ERP, MRP, and procurement is essential.
• Familiarity with ETO or project-based manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules from orders and designs.
• Convert schedules into material requirements using SAP MRP.
• Coordinate BOMs and routings with engineering for each ETO order.
• Create and manage SAP purchase requisitions and POs; source materials.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and monitor supplier performance.
• Define ETO BOMs and routings; manage variant configurations.
• Maintain SAP data, monitor delivery, and expedite as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and pursue cost savings.
