Placements24 is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Management and Digital Marketing Specialist to join its fully remote team. The role focuses on boosting online presence, engaging our community, and driving brand awareness and sales for our beauty and wellness brand.

You will develop and execute social media strategies, craft compelling content, manage online advertising campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize outcomes across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist (minimum 3 years).
• Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their advertising tools.
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
• Create engaging and high-quality content (text, image, video) aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences.
• Analyze social media performance data and generate regular reports on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Manage online community interactions and foster a positive brand image.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
