Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Especialista en Ventas Digitales y CRM to drive online revenue and optimize CRM-driven campaigns. The role focuses on expanding digital sales, enhancing customer journeys, and leveraging data to tailor marketing efforts across channels.

You will manage CRM tools, oversee e-commerce platforms, and collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to maximize conversions and retention in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital sales, e-commerce management, or digital marketing with CRM focus.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and their use in sales/marketing.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and SEO/SEM.
• Analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital sales strategies to increase online revenue and market share.
• Manage and optimize CRM systems to track customer interactions, segment audiences, and personalize marketing campaigns.
• Oversee e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey from browsing to checkout.
• Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
• Create engaging content for digital channels, including website copy, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure alignment of digital initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital sales, e-commerce, and CRM technologies.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
