Job summary

You will troubleshoot, document interactions in a CRM, and escalate when needed while upholding SLAs. A high school diploma and IT-related certifications are a plus; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in technical support or similar customer-facing technical role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; IT certification or associate degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic hardware/software concepts and networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and document interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support or relevant technical teams.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
