Flex is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician in Aguascalientes. You will troubleshoot and identify machine malfunctions, responding quickly to equipment breakdowns to keep operations running smoothly.

The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance and hands-on support across our manufacturing lines. You will work with electrical/electronic systems, read diagrams, and apply hydraulic/pneumatic basics.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical/electronic knowledge is required.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams.
• Fundamental pneumatic and hydraulic concepts.
• Experience with basic mechanical tools is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Preventive maintenance using specialized tools.
• Perform corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Provide technical support to multiple customers.
• Maintain inventory controls for tools.

This position will be focused on: Through troubleshooting, identifies machine malfunctions and isolates the failure mechanism, responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.
