Flex is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Aguascalientes to support automated equipment and ongoing industrial projects, improving uptime and efficiency across processes.

The role involves programming and debugging equipment (PVA, Mycronic, selective Versaflow, wave solder ITW) and providing daily work plans. Requires a technical high school diploma in Electronics and basic Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Technical high school diploma in Electronics or related field.
• Basic knowledge of SMT and PTH, conformal application, and wave solder.
• Troubleshooting and programming of reflow ovens, curing ovens, conformal applicators, PVA, wave solder ITW and selective solder versaflow.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Maintenance Technician located in Aguascalientes. The Equipment Maintenance Technician role involves working with automated equipment for ongoing industrial projects supporting various organizational processes. The technician analyzes, designs, evaluates, modifies, and implements improvements to equipment and machinery across different segments, while also providing daily reports on work plans to prevent production line downtime and optimize both processes and equipment.

What a typical day looks like:

• Online production support
• Equipment programming and debugging (PVA, Mycronic, selective versaflow, wave solder itw)
• Analyses, detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems and deficiencies
• Profiling of reflow and curing ovens, and curing ovens
• Router programming

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Technical high school diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, or recent graduates in related engineering fields.

Basic knowledge of SMT and PTH, conformal application, and wave solder.

Troubleshooting and programming of: reflow ovens, curing ovens, conformal applicators, Pva, wave solder itw and selective solder versaflow. Elit router cutting programs. Basic/intermediate Excel skills.

Availability to work Monday through Sunday with a day off during the week.
