Job summary

Flex seeks an Equipment Maintenance Manager in Guadalajara, South Campus to direct daily department activities, maximize equipment utilization, and support production needs. You will establish preventative maintenance schedules and forecast operating costs while coordinating with engineering and operations.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS or equivalent, has experience in a similar role, excellent English (written and spoken), strong SMT process and reflow oven expertise, and a proven ability

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in similar position.
• Advanced English communication skills (verbal and Written).
• Strong experiences in SMT Process & Reflow Oven.
• Experience in Key Metrics (KPIs, Yield).
• Demonstrates skills in performance management, teaching/leading, counseling and/or mentoring.
• Spare Parts Management Expert.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily department activities to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs.

• Generates maintenance logs and other operations metrics.
