Job summary

Vapotherm in Tijuana, MX is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Systems Analyst to maintain and optimize the MRP and ARM systems. You will ensure data accuracy, support planning, purchasing, inventory, and production scheduling while resolving issues that impact supply continuity.

You will collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Finance and IT to strengthen data governance, automate manual processes, and improve system workflows. Bilingual English/Spanish required at B2 level or higher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is mandatory, Epicor preferred.
• Proficient in Power BI and custom dashboards.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support MRP and ARM systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Create reports and dashboards for supplier QBRs, scorecards and feedback.
• Update WIs/SOPs for Epicor supply chain functions and train team members.
• Manage item master data, planning parameters, lead times, and supplier information.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
