Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions seeks a Purchasing Specialist to support large EPC projects by managing procurement of goods and services under supervision.

The role requires advanced proficiency in Spanish and English, and involves negotiating terms, driving cost reductions, and coordinating with engineering, project management and operations to ensure timely flow of materials across the project teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain or Business.
• 3+ years procurement/Supply Chain in a global EPC environment.
• Spanish and English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Execute cradle-to-grave purchasing activities (bids, evaluations, awards, contracts, changes).
• Negotiate terms, discounts and long-term supplier contracts.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives for projects or categories.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management and Operations teams.
• Closeout procurement operations and settle claims/back-charges.
