Hartree Partners, LP, a global commodities firm, seeks a Contracts Analyst to draft and review contracts across Power, Gas, Crude Oil, and related products. The role emphasizes timely approvals, accuracy, and seamless cross-team coordination in a small- team setting.

The candidate should have a BA degree or equivalent, 1+ year of relevant experience, and strong Word/Excel skills with exposure to SharePoint and Power BI. Proficiency in English is required.

Formación

• B.A. degree or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with SharePoint and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; English (C1+).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in a small team to generate, prepare, review terms for Power, Gas, Crude Oil and products.
• Reconcile trade details across internal systems with broker confirmations.
• Obtain internal approvals in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve contract discrepancies.
• Analyze proposed changes to deal terms for alignment with standards.
• Liaise daily with regional offices and escalate contract issues.
• Distribute daily Contract Status Reports for management.
• Support special projects and initiatives from management.
