Plexus Corp. in Guadalajara, Mexico seeks an entry level Buyer to train in procurement execution of goods and services. You will learn to manage purchase orders, monitor delivery performance, and support inventory control in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication with suppliers. Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office, especially Excel, is preferred and will be developed through on-the-job training.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Purchase materials per guidelines, AVL adherence, unit price, quality and delivery.
• Make tactical buying decisions for placement and management of purchase orders.
• Minimize inventory while meeting production plans.
• Collaborate on automation processes and ensure data integrity in procurement systems.
• Decide when to leverage automation vs exceptions in purchasing execution.
