Job summary

Citigroup is seeking an entry level Branch Personal Executive to assist in executing sales and service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The role aims to build customer loyalty and drive sales to individual clients from the branch in Tampico.

You will work with the sales and service teams to attract clients, promote a broad range of financial products, and ensure a high-quality client experience while complying with applicable policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience selling financial products such as accounts, cards, loans or investments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain new customers and sell financial products.
• Promote and sell financial products such as accounts, credit cards, insurance, loans and investments; meet monthly sales goals.
• Complete branch sales and visit clients and prospected customers for sales.
• Complete customer retention and ensure high-quality service.
• Choose appropriate actions from defined options, considering outcomes and risk.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience and adhere to firm policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assess risk in business decisions and escalate/report control issues with transparency.
